Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Marketing Creatives:

· Design and create a wide range of digital assets, including eye-catching social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, infographics, and email marketing templates.

· Develop a consistent and compelling visual identity for our brand and our clients across all digital platforms.

· Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

2. UI/UX Design:

· Work closely with our product and development teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

· Ensure that the user experience is at the center of all design decisions, creating seamless and engaging user journeys.

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

· Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts), product demos, and marketing campaigns.

· Create simple yet effective motion graphics, animated logos, and text overlays to enhance video content.

· Manage video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, editing, and final production.

 

 

Required Skills – 

 

· Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong and diverse portfolio that showcases your skills in all three key areas (social media, UI/UX, and video).

· Technical Skills:

o Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

o Strong proficiency in modern UI/UX design tools, particularly Figma.

· Creative Mindset: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout. You should be full of fresh ideas and up-to-date with the latest design trends.

· Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

· Ownership: A proactive, self-starter attitude. You are able to manage your time effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
