We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, and Workspace experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and future-ready ServiceNow architectures.

Knowledge of Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and custom applications.

• Architect and optimize integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

• Define and maintain architecture blueprints, data models, and design standards for long-term scalability.

• Drive the development of Next Experience Workspaces using UI Builder and modern architecture practices.

ITSM & CMDB Ownership

• Provide architectural oversight across ITSM modules — Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, and Service Catalog.

• Define and execute CMDB strategies including class modeling, data ingestion, discovery, reconciliation, and health dashboards.

• Ensure governance over CMDB data models, CI lifecycle, and integrations with asset/service models.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on platform capabilities, product roadmap, and architecture strategy.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines, platform governance, and security standards.

Development Oversight & Mentoring

• Review and validate technical deliverables for architecture, security, and performance adherence.

• Guide and mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices and technical excellence.

• Support Agile delivery processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story estimation.

Preferred/Secondary Scope (FSO & CSM)

• Provide architectural guidance for Financial Services Operations (FSO) workflows and data models.

• Support Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations including case management, playbooks, and agent workspace customization.

• Drive customer-centric design principles for optimized user and agent experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Developer.

• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

• Proven experience designing Workspaces using UI Builder and Now Experience frameworks.

• Deep understanding of platform architecture, ACLs, Glide APIs, and scripting best practices.

• Experience with upgrade planning, platform performance tuning, and security design.

• Proficiency in data governance, lifecycle management, and ServiceNow licensing models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of FSO use cases within financial domains.

• Experience implementing or optimizing the CSM module.

• Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and DevOps integrations.

• Understanding of domain separation, Scoped Apps, and maintainability best practices.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM – Required

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred

• ServiceNow CMDB / CSM / FSO Implementation Specialist – Highly Desirable

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Practitioner – Preferred
