Key Responsibilities & Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture.

 

Strong proficiency in frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.

 

Demonstrated proficiency in architectural principles and design patterns for enterprise solutions.

 

Hands-on experience developing solutions in one or more cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure (mandatory).

 

Good knowledge of cloud-native compute, storage, and networking services (preferred).

 

Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, Microservices, and familiarity with API Management Gateways.

 

Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

 

Knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.

 

Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools such as:

 

Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck

 

Strong understanding of security principles across all phases of the SDLC, including code security.

 

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

 

Proven ability to lead teams of 10–15 members to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions to production.

 

Experience mentoring team members, guiding them to build high-quality, scalable solutions, and troubleshooting issues.

 

Experience analyzing user stories, providing effort estimates, and ensuring timely delivery as a team.

 

Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.

 

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new transformation technology stacks.

 

Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) development methodologies.
